Pete Carlson's Golf & Tennis offers an extensive "Demo" program for both golf & tennis equipment. We understand the importance of perfecting your game and the role that the proper equipment plays. Please stop in our store and speak with our trained sales associates regarding your equipment needs.

Golf Clubs & Tennis Racquets:

Terms & Conditions

The customer's credit card will be charged the refundable value of the equipment to be demonstrated at the time that the merchandise leaves the store.

Any combination of golf clubs up to a total of (4) clubs may be taken from the store to demonstrate at a time by one customer. Golf club demos must be returned within 48 hours from the time they leave the store. If not, the customer will be charged an extra $30.00 per item, per day until the merchantdise is returned.

Any combination of tennis raquet demos up to a total of (2) may be taken from the store to demonstrate at a time by one customer. Tennis raquet demos must be returned within 24 hours from the time they leave the store. If not, the customer will be charged an extra $20.00 per item, per day until the merchantdise is returned.

Golf club & tennis demos must be returned or accepted within a 24 hour period from the time that they leave the store. If not, the customer will be charged an additional $30.00 per item, per day and $20.00 per item, per day for tennis racquets.

Please present a copy of your original sales receipt at the time you return the equipment. At that time, a credit will be issued to your card.

Demos must be returned with the original tape on all clubs & racquets. If demo equipment is lost, stolen or damaged, this will be the full responsibility of the customer to compensate Pete Carlson's Golf & Tennis for "fair market value" of the equipment.

We appreciate your business and want to make your shopping experience a pleasant one. Please read our policy carefully, as it will aid you in the return of all store merchandise.

All merchandise must be returned with a copy of a store receipt within (14) fourteen days from the date of purchase. All refunds will be given by method of payment on credit card, check or cash. Checks refunds will be issued after (10) ten business days of date of purchase. In-store credit will be issued for all merchandise returns after (14) days of purchase . All special order sales are final.

If you are a part-time desert resident or just visiting, we would like to continue to provide you with the same great customer service when you return home. If you have a "hard to find" request, please allow us the privilege to assist you in your search.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us toll free at (800) 600-3263 and speak with our shipping department. They will provide you with a return authorization number to include in your returned package.
